Refund Policy

1. Within 7 days

If the format does not suit you, you may cancel within 7 calendar days of payment and get a refund. Write to support from the e-mail the access was issued to.

2. After 7 days

After that period the refund is prorated: the cost of lessons already opened and watched is deducted.

3. When a refund is not possible

No refund is made if the course has been completed in full, or if materials were recorded, copied or shared with third parties.

4. Timing and method

Requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Money is returned by the original payment method; crediting takes up to 10 business days depending on the bank.
