1. Parties

The Buyer is an individual who has paid for course access.

2. Subject

The Seller grants access to the ONE Creative online course: video lessons, materials and related services within the selected plan.

Plans and prices are published on the Pricing page and form part of this offer.

3. Payment

Payment is made by bank card or SBP on the payment provider's secure page. Card details are never transmitted to or stored by the Seller.

Prices are in Russian roubles. Access opens automatically once the provider confirms the payment, usually within minutes.

4. Access

Access is granted to the e-mail given at checkout. If no account exists for that e-mail, access opens as soon as one is created.

Sharing access with third parties is prohibited: one paid access — one buyer.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials are protected by copyright. Recording, copying, publishing and reselling them is prohibited.

6. Liability

The Seller is responsible for keeping the paid materials available. The Seller does not guarantee any specific income or employment after the course: the result depends on the Buyer's own practice.

7. Refunds

Refund terms are set out in the separate Refund Policy, which forms part of this offer.
