1. What we collect

Only what is required to deliver the service:

• —name, e-mail and phone — from the request form and at registration
• —payment data: amount, course, payment status, order number
• —learning data: lesson progress, homework, support messages
• —technical data: IP address, browser information, session cookies

2. What we never collect

We neither receive nor store bank card details: payment happens on the provider's side and we only learn that it succeeded.

3. How we use it

To open course access, answer support requests, keep payment records and notify you about changes in your studies. Marketing e-mails are sent only with consent and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Only with those the service depends on: the payment provider, the e-mail service and the hosting provider, each within its own task. We do not sell or hand over data to third parties for their own purposes.

5. Storage and security

Passwords are stored irreversibly hashed, traffic is protected by TLS, and database access is limited to school administrators. Data is kept while the account exists; payment records are kept for the period required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, have it corrected, or ask for account deletion by writing to support@01creative.org. Deleting the account ends access to paid materials.

7. Cookies

Cookies are used to keep you signed in and to remember the interface language. Without session cookies signing in is impossible.

8. Changes

The current version is always published on this page; material changes are announced by e-mail.
